What changed between 1994 and 2003 for Mr. Cheney?

In 1995 he became CEO of Halliburton.

In 1997 he helped to found the Project for a New American Century.

In 2001 he became vice president of the United States.

Yup, and when conservatives wring their hands and say that Iraq isn't going well and it is a quagmire, I say that it is going EXACTLY the way the Neocons and profiteers want it to go. They are making out like bandits, as they knew they would.

I continued to be amazed for my capacity for loathing this man and all that he represents.

I do not believe in hell (wait, she's Catholic and no hell? I told you she was irreverent!) but he challenges that for me as well.

There must be a special burning hot corner just for him.
